Wait for confirmation. We will review your request and email you an appropriate make-up class time. Please do not attend a make-up class until you receive approval.
Check in at the office when your child arrives. Tell our staff which missed class your child is making up. Our attendance system does not apply make-up credit automatically, so checking in is necessary for the credit to appear in your child’s attendance record.

Make-up classes must be requested by email at least 24 hours in advance and approved before your child attends.
Classes missed because of other holiday closures may be made up while your child’s membership is active.
Our scheduled two-week summer break and two-week winter break are not eligible for make-up classes.
All make-up classes must be completed before your child’s membership expires. Once the membership has ended, unused make-up classes are no longer available.
